GENERAL & INTERIOR CONTRACT | Devoto Design

A refurbishment project of a country villa for Devoto Design. From idea to reality, we handled the bespoke interiors, construction works, and MEP systems updates.

We played general contractors but also interior designers: we managed and developed the architectural design, the MEP systems design, and the bespoke furniture design. We handled the construction works, the wall and floor finishes, and the production and installation of the bespoke interiors.

In full country style with the contamination of contemporary elements, the house is made of two floors: on the ground floor, we find the wide kitchen with an island and the living room, marked by the presence of an imposing floor-to-ceiling bookcase in oak wood and by the wooden beams on the ceiling.

A tailor-made wooden staircase leads to the first floor where we find the bedrooms, marked by the strong colours of the wardrobes and of the walls.
