Bespoke interiors for restaurants
Every restaurant needs to have its own style and design. Devoto Design can grant them thanks to its 40-years’ old experience in the manufacturing and supply of bespoke interiors and in mastering the different materials that compose the fit-out of restaurants and cafés: metal, wood and upholstered elements together with the supply of tables and chairs.
The project involved the extension of the renowned restaurant Per Me by Giulio Terrinoni, located in the evocative Vicolo del Malpasso in Rome, as well as the revamping of the existing hall.
Studio Alvisi Kirimoto + partners designed the interiors and Devoto Design delivered the fit-out works.
The essences of the furnishings were chosen to be similar to the already existing ones to grant continuity and consistency to space: wenge wood for the wainscoting, paperstone® for the tables, metal profiles to finish, fine wallpaper for the curved entrance cabinet.
The main attraction of the new restaurant is the artwork on the background wall, made of hundreds of “petals” of white-painted steel that were installed on a wall that is white as well, to create a delicate and elegant composition, enhanced by a lighting system that creates tricks of light and shadow.
Devoto Design was able to deliver the works in a remarkably short time, thanks to close and fruitful cooperation with the design studio.
